If you are not happy with your item or it is faulty or incorrectly described goods it can either be exchanged, or I will give a full refund including the postage & packing charges. To qualify for the above the item must be returned to me within 14 days of receiving item in perfect, unused condition. Buyer must pay for return of item. Earrings and body jewellery cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
