I now only accept Paypal, its secure, makes accounting easier and prevents underage purchases of age restricted items.

I offer a no fuss refund ( inc return post costs)or exchange ( if replacement available) on all my items if found to be faulty. Please email me in the first instance before returning the goods.  

Online buyers have by law a 7 day cancellation period once a purchase has been made. Goods returned using this consumer right must be returned in the same condition as received. Refunds will be for the goods only minus a 10% handling charge and no refunds will be given for original or return P&P costs.

I appreciate that items sometimes get lost or delayed in the post, if this happens please email me.

Please note that Royal Mail do not accept that an item is lost or delayed until 15 working days have passed for UK mail and 25 working days for international mail.

I always try to respond to E-Mails promptly, usually within 24 hours but I am a one man band and do not spend all my life online ....it just feels like that some days.

Things do go wrong, no goods are 100% perfect all the time and neither am I. Please remember that I would never deliberately sell a faulty item and that I can only post items quickly, after that delivery times are down to Royal Mail.
