Under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) and the Computer Technology Stoke Limited no quibble warranty you may request to cancel your order within the first 7 days after receipt of the goods for exchange or refund and you must inform us in writing.
After this time occasionally you may have an issue with one of our products therefore want to return an item, in the first instance see below:-

You are no required under the law to obtain a returns number however we strongly suggest you obtained one for reference to all matters regarding the return. If this is not done the customer must make clear where the parcel has come from to avoid any delay in processing any refund or exchanges requested.

Please allow 2 full working days to receive your return number and instructions on how to return the item to us.
It is very important that you check your spam & junk folders for emails from our returns department as many email programs like Hotmail see strange emails as spam.
Returning by postWhen the customer sends the item back to us the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us so we respectfully recommend using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or similar insured shipping company. Computer Technology cannot accept responsibility for parcels that get lost or damaged on the way to us as only the sender can claim for loss or damage as we are sure you understand.
Please note: To speed the returns process up please obtain a valid RMA Number and make it visible on the label. All items must be returned to us in their original condition with the original packaging and parts where possible. Due to the nature of the products we sell it would also wise to use plain packaging for the parcel however again this is not required by law.
