| A:s/h either ways is never refunded. Many items and all items with free shipping will have a 25% restocking fee. If you are unsure about an item call us at 530-295-8212 before buying for honest answers. we would rather turn away a customer than have someone purchase an item and have their expectations too high |

| A:often times yes. you must call us at 530-295-8212 to check if the items you want can be combined. dont assume 2 items can be combined. we would love to sell you everything you need as to save you shipping costs but would rather put all the items you need in one ebay listing to save us both money. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Most say we are EXTREMELY fast. Most items arrive in 3-8 days but some items can take 18 or even 25 days to arrive in some rare instances as with all sellers. If you have deadlines you must call us before buying so we know if there will be additional charges for the amount of time you need your item. We would rather you order well in advance. |

| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:under no circumstances will we ever ship an item outside the united states. we dont take non us paypal or visa/mc. if you live outside the united states we cannot ship to a us address since that is not your billing address. we are sorry we cannot help you. there are other sellers who are easier than we are when it comes to international transaction |
| Q:What brand sheetmetal parts do you sell? |

| A:We are set up with All large metal suppliers. We wont be able to tell you what you should buy unless we are able to speak with you before hand. There is a lot to go over when buying sheet metal. Much of the info going around in the chat rooms are by people who have no idea what they are saying. |
| Q:Is this a good quality item? |

| A:Everything we sell has been sent to 100s of other buyers with good luck. We cannot guarantee you will be happy with anything. Most "numbers" guys engineers coin collectors or anyone building a high end show car will come across parts short of their ultra high expectations. We didnt make it just sent it back and dont ask us to refund any shipping. |
