ITEM DESCRIPTIONS:
The Autograph or Costume card shown will be the item supplied, except in the case of a ''second chance offer'' for auction wins and multiple item shop listings when the listing description will say "autograph may vary from the one shown".
I do try to give all relevent information in the auction descriptions, but if you are unsure of anything please email me before you place a bid or make a purchase.
PAYMENT:
UK Payments can be made by Cheque, Postal Order or Paypal. Cheques & Postal Orders made out to C. Proctor and posted to ''Downsview'', Winford Road, Newchurch, Sandown, Isle of Wight, PO36 0LZ.
Non UK Payments, I can only accept by Paypal and only in Sterling.

Multiple purchases paid by Paypal must be made on one payment.
POSTAGE:
I aim to post all items within 24 to 48 hours of a cleared payment, excluding weekends & Bank Holidays. I will email to confirm receipt of payment and again when the purchase has been posted.
Purchases paid for by Cheque will be posted as soon as it has cleared, approx 7 days from date of receipt. I will email to confirm the receipt of the Cheque and again when the purchase has been posted.
All items will be posted insured and trackable.
MULTIPLE PURCHASES:
Combined postage is available for multiple purchases and if paid for by Paypal must be paid on one invoice, if you are unsure of the amount please use the ''request total'' button.
If you require a quote for combined postage for multiple items please feel free to use the ''ask seller a question'' button before you make your purchase.
PACKAGING:
My aim is for all items to arrive in the same condition as advertised.
Single cards are sent in a Soft Sleeve inside a Top Loader, Costume cards may be sent in a Hinged Plastic Card Box. Multiple single cards will be sent in Soft Sleeves inside Top Loaders or in a Hinged Plastic Card Box. Base Card Sets are all wrapped in bubble wrap to help protect the cards in the post. All cards are also sent in a Bubble Envolope for extra protection in the post.
For collectables or toy items, the form of packing will vary depending upon the item, if you wish further information about packing for any item please email before making your purchase.
Press Sheets, Comics & Post Cards are posted in Card-backed envolope to stop postal damage and postage can not be combined for them with other items.
NON RECEIPT OF PURCHASE:
Insurance is included in all shipping fees.
In the event of a purchase being lost in the post I offer a full refund or replacement if possible. The Post Office do not consider an item to be lost untill 15 days after the expected delivery date or 10 working days for Special Delivery claims.
POSTAL DAMAGE:
If an item is damaged in the post please email me before returning the item, I must also have the packaging returned to be able to make a claim from the Post Office.
RETURNS:
If an item is found to be faulty a replacement item will be offered first if available or a refund by the same means as the payment was made will be given after the item is returned.
If an item is found to be ''not as described'' a refund will be given by the same means as the payment was made after the item is returned.
If for any reason you need to return an item please email me first, also please put a note with it to say who has returned the item when you post it back. Postage will only be refunded for an item returned that is ''faulty'' or ''not as described''. If you are unsure about buying an item please ask all questions before you make the purchase. Any returned item must be in the same condition as it was supplied or no refund can be given, please take care in packing returned items and also post insured or obtain a ''certificate of posting''. I can only accept returns up to 15 days from date of delivery. Auction items can only be returned if found to be ''faulty'' or ''not as described''.
