Postage charges
All orders within the UK will be posted at the appropriate rate as stated in each individual item description via 1st class delivery unless stated otherwise. Recorded and Special delivery will be available options on checkout.
Shipping methods
All orders sent within the UK are posted via Royal Mail. For the latest delivery prices please visit the Royal Mail website.
Delivery time
Items are sent within 3 working days of payment being received, in the unlikely event there is to be a delay we will contact you via e-mail with full details. We will keep you informed throughout the transaction so you know when to expect delivery.
Protective packaging
All items are enclosed in protective packaging and the majoirty of items in a boardbacked 'Please do not bend' envelope for a safe journey in transit.
Returns
Any item ordered via our ebay shop can be returned for a full refund, for any reason, within 28 days of the posting date following receipt of the goods. You must notify us of your intention to return the goods via e-mail within this time. Once you have notified us of your intention to return the goods, they must be received by us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of the notification date. We suggest you use a method of shipping that requires the recipient to sign for the package as we cannot issue refunds for goods lost in transit. All delivery costs for returned goods will not be refunded.
Damaged items
Any goods that are received damaged will be replaced once they have been returned to us. Due to the nature of the goods it is likely that we will not be able to replace the damaged item with an identical product. In this instance, we will contact you to discuss pricing and availability of a replacement item. If no suitable replacement can be found, a refund will be issued for the damaged goods including delivery charges. Time limits referred to in our returns policy also apply to goods received in a damaged state.
Further information
All parcels are sent out with our sender details clearly marked on the back of the envelope. Proof of postage is obtained for all parcels sent to provide insurance in case of loss or damage.
