To date CIeo has 100% feedback on over 5000 transactions. We value our reputation for quality products and prompt despatch If you encounter any problems with delivery, or our service, please contact me on 01234 709108 BEFORE leaving feedback or star ratings. I do my utmost to resolve the few customer problems we receive straight away, but like all ebay sellers, once parcels are entrusted to the carrier I have little direct control over the delivery.
Cleo postage and packing charges are always at cost price, and are clearly marked on all listings. All items have been carefully parcelled then weighed and measured to establish the optimum postal service. A small amount is added (at cost) for packaging materials where required, and only where this is an additional cost to us. We do not make a profit on postage charges.
Our postal prices relate to the weight and dimensions of a product, NOT the selling price, so I would humbly request buyers not to leave adverse feedback or poor star ratings for 'Postage' AFTER buying an item because they disagree with the charge. A £5.00 item for example can easily cost £5.00 to post due to its weight! The P & P cost is always clear so buyers have the choice to buy or not. 'Free postage' is never free! Every eBay seller has to recover the delivery charge and ebay/paypal fees in their transactions somewhere.
Finally we always combine postage for multiple items, but due to the diverse weight and size range of the goods we sell (90gms to 25Kgs!) please contact us before buying if you want a price for multiple items. Second or third items can often be sent out free with the first, but not always, it simply depends on overall size and weight.

Speed of delivery
If your order is received and paid for before midday we normally dispatch on the same day.
Courier deliveries
Heavy items delivered by courier usually arrive the next working day, but Scotland and non standard UK postcodes can take two days. Our Couriers deliver Mon to Fri only and normally send an email to confirm the hour slot when the parcel will be delivered
***Please note : Sadly we cannot offer a delivery time choice, but the e-mail will confirm the approximate time when the courier will be on his round so you can at least plan your day***

If you have a non standard postcode please contact us prior to your purchase for a delivery quote. Non-standard postcodes include:-

Deluxe Radiator Bed
So here it is!!!
...65cm wide with a sleeping area over 40cm deep so suitable for the largest breeds such as Maine coon's and Birman's, Norwegian Forest Cats, Rex's and Ragdolls...
...two cats can snooze in this bed ( ...provided the're friends!) ...sturdy one piece welded and wipe clean frame... ... it has a washable cover with a tough carpet underside, but a comfy quality plush and fleece upper...
...a long zip on the front edge allows the cover to be removed and replaced in seconds ...
and it's been loaded to well over 40kgs on a standard double radiator without any adverse effect...
