DOMESTIC (US) SHIPPING POLICIES:
All US domestic items are shipped via first class if they are under 12 ounces. First Class mail takes approximately 3-5 business days to arrive.
Items which weigh 14 ounces or more will be shipped either media mail or Priority mail.
Media mail takes approximately 7-10 business days to arrive. Priority mail takes approximately 2-5 business days to arrive.
International Shipping:
All items shipped outside of the US will generally be shipped via First Class International Mail. Shipping time will vary based on location but will generally be approximately 7-14 business days. Shipping can be upgraded however to priority mail international or Express Mail. Insurance will be required on all international orders of $75.00 or more.
Combined Shipping Rates:
Each additional item you purchase together with the first item, can be shipped for a rate of 50% off the full shipping of the first item. Every fifth item you purchase from us together will be shipped for free.
For example, if the first item is 5.99 to ship, the second item will be 2.99 to ship for a total of 8.98 shipping. If you purcahse five items at 5.99 shipping your total would be: (1) 5.99 + (2) 2.99 + (3) 2.99 + (4) 2.99 + 5 (free) = 14.99.
How Will We Ship Your Games To You?
Every video game including PC games which include in the original box and instruction manual will be shipped in a sturdy corrogated box. Additionally, Playstation 1 games and PC games with the original case will ship in a sturdy box.
All loose video game cartridges, loose cds, will ship in bubble envelopes. All games with a plastic case including Playstation 2, Playstation 3, Sega Genesis or XBOX games and other DVDs will be shipped in a bubble mailer.
Returns:
Every Video Game, PC game, or DVD we sell (unless specified otherwise) is guaranteed to work upon arrival. If a game does not work, simply send it back to us in the original box or bubble mailer we sent it to you in and will exchange the game at no charge if we have a copy in stock. We will even if pay the RETURN shipping costs. If we do not have a replacement copy of the item you purchased in stock, we will provide you with a full refund including all shipping costs. All request for a return or exchange must be made to us within 7 days after you have received your item. |
