Items won by 'Auction'

Full refunds are only given where the item differs from the listed description. I describe all the items in my auctions as accurately, comprehensively and honestly as possible. I list any faults and damage to the best of my ability, however I am not an expert on the items that I sell.

I would not deliberately mislead in my descriptions, but peoples expectations, perceptions and opinions vary, so please contact me prior to bidding/buying if you have any queries or uncertainties about an item and I will be only to happy to assist where possible.

Ask questions before you bid. All bids are final and binding.

Items won by 'Buy it Now'

You have 14 days from receipt of the item to inform me if you no longer want the item. You should contact us by email informing you no longer want the items. The items should by unused and unopened. You are responsible for returning the items back to us before we will process a refund.

Only the cost of the item and not the post and packing charges will be refunded. Unless the error is on our part when the total paid will be refunded.
