| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:If we make a mistake in the listing then we will make a full refund to you including postage. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:We do combine shipping when ever possible. Please request a invoice at the end of the auction. However if the combine weight is over 2kg and is being posted Internationally then we will not able to. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:All items are shipped within 3 working days of cleared payement and are sent by 1st class post, unless stated in the listing. Royal Mail 1st class normally takes up to 2 days to arrive, but please allow 7 working days from date of payment before you cantact us. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Our postage charge includes the total price for shipping your item. Please note this charge is not just the postage cost but also the cost of packing materials and labour. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:We post internationally if your Country is listed within the item description. |
| Q:Can I collect in person? |
|
| A:If you email us then we will try and arrange a time when you can collect. In this case no postage cost is payable and payment is by 'CASH' only on collection. |
| Q:When do I make payment? |

| A:When you win/buy one of our items you will be sent an email. All you need to do is follow the link to checkout and complete the instructions. Payment must be made within 5 days. |
| Q:What if I change my mind? |

| A:If you buy an item under 'Buy It Now' and change your mind, then you have up to 14 days to return the item. You will need to contact us first and return the item un-opened and un-used we will refund the cost of the item only, not the postage costs. |
| Q:Do you end your auctions early? |

| Q:Is custom charges included in postage? |

| A:All charges relating to customs are payable by you and are not included in the item or postage price. We will complete all relevant forms to allow your parcel to leave the UK. On arrival in the buyers Country any taxes due by customs will have to be paid by yourselves. |
