When you have won/brought an item telling you how you can make payment.

Once payment is received by us we will email you and let you know. If you pay by eCheque by Paypal it will take up to 10 days to clear.

When we have despatched your goods we will send you an email.

If you have not paid for your goods 7 days after the date you won/brought the item we will send you a reminder.

When you receive your goods and your happy please leave feedback. Once this is done we will respond likewise.

We will send a feedback reminder 14 days after we have despatched your goods if you have not left feedback. Leaving feedback is our way of knowing you have safetly received your goods.
