Postal charges quoted are for mainland UK and southern parts of Scotland only. For destinations within the Scottish Highlands or off the UK mainland, postal rates must be confirmed before purchase.

The Company will endeavour to despatch within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment, by the postal service selected. The Company is not responsible for postal service transit times, especially during peak periods.

Customers whose parcels have not arrived within expected delivery period should notify us. However, parcels sent with Royal Mail are not classed as lost until 3-weeks after the sending date.

Goods are the responsibility of the customer as soon as they are delivered by the Company or its agent to the customer.

Customers outside the UK are liable for all import duties together with any local taxes and extra charges applied after leaving the UK.

PayPal, personal cheque/bankers draft or postal order, and all major credit/debit cards accepted. Cash is not acceptable unless collecting the item(s) in person. PayPal only for buyers outside the UK. Cheques are payable to ‘C J Spares Limited’ and must be supported by a bankcard reference.

Parts supplied are not manufactured by the original equipment manufacturer unless stated as genuine. Original manufacturers name, part numbers or descriptions are quoted for reference purposes only and are not intended to indicate or suggest that our replacement parts are made by the original equipment manufacturer. Photos and information may have been supplied by the replacement parts manufacturer.

Goods incorrectly purchased must be in a clean, unused condition, in the original packaging and, fit for resale. Books and gasket sets must be unopened. A full refund for the item will be sent after receipt of goods, excluding postal/shipping charges. In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, returned items must be sent back to us within 7 working days.

If your purchase is faulty, erroneous or incomplete, the Company must be notified within 48 hours of

receiving goods, and in which case a full refund or replacement will be offered.

The current rate of VAT is included within the listed price. Your VAT invoice will be posted along with your item(s). VAT number: GB595206523.

The Company warrants that the goods will correspond to their specification and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12-months unless otherwise stated.

If the Company received notice during the warranty period of defect, then the Company shall, at its own expense and within reasonable time, repair or replace the goods. The buyer will at the request of the Company, return the defective item to the Company, carriage paid.

The Company’s liability for warranty will not extend to any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow any instructions given, misuse or alteration or, repair of the goods without the Company’s prior approval.
