By bidding on any of the items in our shop you are agreeing to the following:
* We sell vintage clothing, which generally means pre-loved and pre-worn and most will show some small signs of wear unless otherwise stated. We try to be as accurate as possible when describing an item's condition and any major or prominent flaws will be listed. Buyers are always encouraged to ask questions BEFORE bidding.
* We are only human and occasionally we may miss a defect in a garment - in this case please contact us immediately and we will try to rectify the situation as best we can. We are always happy to answer queries before and after sales, so please do not hesitate to get in touch!
* We do not wash or dry clean any of our items unless absolutely necessary - buyers should be aware that garments may need freshening up prior to wearing.
* We love to combine postage on multiple purchases - pay full postage for the heaviest item and only £1.00 for each additional item.
* Refunds are offered on all items if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason - Items must be returned in their original, as sold condition within seven days of receipt and WE DO NOT REFUND ANY POSTAGE CHARGES.
* If you have less than 5 Feedback score then please contact us BEFORE bidding on an item or your bid will be automatically retracted - Unfortunately we do occasionally have problems with non-paying newbies, so we need to make sure that you are able to complete the sales transaction.
* Items are usually dispatched within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment and we always retain a proof of posting certificate. Once items are dispatched they are not our responsibility and we cannot be held responsible for items that are delayed or go missing in the post. Buyers are encouraged to use the Recorded Delivery option when selecting a postage method, as this way all items within the UK can be tracked.
* IMPORTANT - We can no longer issue refunds for items that do go missing in the post - it has become increasingly more difficult for business sellers to claim compensation from Royal Mail, therefore in the event of a lost package, customers will have to claim for any loss themselves. We are happy to supply any proof of posting that may be required as evidence to support a claim.
* Lastly, we see vintage garments as works of art to be treasured and enjoyed - as our customers, we hope you do too! |
