Unwanted Items

At CD Junkies we want you to be happy with every item you purchase from us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. That's why we now offer a 14 day returns policy! If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition (same condition in which the item was despatched) within 14 days of the date you received the item. We are happy to refund the cost of the item (in full) minus the cost of postage and packing (which is stated on the ‘Postal Charges and Terms of Carriage’ page within our eBay store).

Please package the returning item(s) securely and return it to us so that we receive it within fourteen working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or if the item is damaged or defective and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service as we are not liable for returned items that do not reach us….

Please note that our ‘Unwanted Items’ section of our returns policy does not apply to business buyers (this includes but is not limited to eBay accounts which are registered as a ‘Business’) and we regret that we also cannot accept returns where the item has been unsealed. If the item is sealed prior to despatch it will be stated in the items description on eBay.
