FEEDBACK
Due to the amount of sales we do but we're not able to leave feedback on a daily basis, however we always try to return feedback left on our account within 7 days of receipt (we usually do this on a Sunday as it's our quietest day)...
Positive Feedback
Everybody loves to receive Positive feedback and we are no exception! We are extremely proud of our near perfect Record and would love to keep it that way!
We believe that feedback should given at the end of the transaction and that for us is when we know that our customer has received there product and more importantly when we know that they are completely satisfied!
Unfortunately we do not know this unless you either take the time to tell us or leave feedback to that effect. Once we know that you are happy with the transaction, the product has arrived safely and everything is to your satisfaction we will gladly leave feedback.
The flip side to this is of course if you are unhappy; if this is the case please don't just leave NEGATIVE feedback.
Neutral & Negative Feedback

If you feel you need to leave Neutral or Negative feedback it normally means that we've done something wrong and we have in some way failed you....
Before you leave feedback of this nature please talk to us! If you are unhappy with some aspect of the transaction or the end product please tell us about it before you start telling the world - we can't fix something unless we know about it!
Our ultimate aim is your complete satisfaction but unless people take the time to tell us about issues, problems, grievances we won't know about them and therefore can't alter our ways to rectify the situation not just for yourselves but for future customers.

If in doubt talk to us first!
Any unjustified feedback will be reported to eBay and we will appeal to have the feedback removed.
