| A:We ship first class mail or priority if the weight is over 13 ounces.Delivery conformation is included.
Delivery is usually 2 to 5 business days.
Insurance is included on orders of 1000 coins or more and on banknote orders of $100.00 or more.
We ship within 24 hours of payment unless there is a problem. |

| A:Yes,to UK,Australia,Canada,Germany and other countries depending on the buyers feedback and the value of the item. |
| Q:How many different coins are there and will I get duplicates? |

| A:There are over 100 different coins from over 100 different countries.Obviously there is a greater chance of duplicates in a 1000 bag of coins than in a 100 bag.
I always send more coins than you pay for and try to weed out the bad ones. |
| Q:Do you guarentee the coins and banknotes are genuine? |

| A:Yes of course.Sometimes coins and banknotes from smaller modern day countries seem lower quality than our money for instance because they do not have the funds to spend on mintage but they are still interesting in their own right for the designs and language. |
| Q:If I buy a 25 and a 50 note banknote assortment will there be duplicates between them? |

| A:Probebly yes but as you go up in the number of notes in an assortment you get better notes because you are drawing on a limited number of countries.
Of course,there are all DIFFERENT notes in each assortment. |
| Q:Are you a large company and why do you sell coins and banknotes? |

| A:I am one person and have a full time job in addition to my business.I really like children and find I am selling to a lot of them and to parents and schools in addition to collectors and businesses.
My dad started me in coin collecting and I have enjoyed it all my life! |
