| In the unlikely event that a return is required you must inform us within 7 days.
The items must be received by myself in the condition they were received IE all tags attached and unworn/unused.
In the instance of faulty items CATSYS-KIDS will accept returns upto 30 days after invoice date.
A full refund and return postage cpsts in the above instances will be paid to you on receipt of the item. Please return 2nd class standard unless otherwise agreed with catsyskids to qualify for return postage costs.
Refunds will only be given on receipt of the item. Please ensure all returned items are securely packaged.
