INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are very happy to ship to all countries of the world except Mexico & Italy. Mexico because of too many lost/stolen items and Italy because of very slow customs clearing times and also due to their new strict customs restrictions that no longer allow many different kinds of items into their country.

We used to ship to both of those countries but had too many customers from there that never received their orders and that is also why many international sellers no longer ship to Italy and Mexico as well. Very sorry and we would love to have your business but we would also want you to receive what you paid for as well.

SHIPPING TIMES

Though many orders are shipped out in only 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) and the average is about 3-4 business days, due to the large amount of orders we process daily, please allow up to 7 business days from the time payment is received for USA and international orders shipped by USPS First Class mail to leave our facilities and 3 business days for USA and international orders shipped by UPS Ground and USPS Priority and Express mail to leave our facilities.

Once it does, your order will only take a few days to reach you within the USA and about 1-2 weeks to reach you outside the USA. We will also send an email to you as soon as it does ship out, letting you know that it's on the way.

DISCOUNT FOR MULTIPLE ITEM PURCHASES!

We are very happy on multiple item purchases to offer you between 20% and 50% off the regular shipping charge for each item in your order (Except for STAR WARS helmets, some larger costumes and some larger props, as they are always shipped separately in their own sealed boxes). The amount of the discount will vary and depends on the quantity and weight of the items ordered as well as the method of shipping that will be used.

Before you pay for your order, wait for us to send you an invoice with the reduced shipping rate on it and then you can just pay from that. Or before you click to purchase any item, simply email us for a total shipping quote on everything you're interested in and we'll get back to you promptly.
