RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
We treat each case individually and if for any reason you are not satisfied with the item that has been sent to you then please get in contact with us, and we can talk over the issues raised.
The majority of items we have available are new, sourced from long standing wholesale outlets, genuine articles and in manufacturers packaging.
We do list some used items and they are cleary marked as such.
The following is our general Return / Refund Policy
Full refund will be given, including return postage costs, if we are at fault in describing an item accurately.
If item is damaged in transit, a refund up the value of the insurance will be provided, but only once we have received compensation from Royal Mail/courier. You must also contact us as soon as the item is received, and return the item to us.
We will also provide a refund if there is nothing wrong wlth the item, ie if you change your mind or it is not what you wanted. However, a refund will only be provided if you contact within 5 days of dispatch, and agree to the following
- Buyer must arrange and pay for return postage.
- The item must be returned in all its original packaging.
- The item must be returned undamaged.
-We will refund the price paid, minus our postage costs and all eBay/PayPal fees.
