| A:Shipping costs are worked out by weight. Please request a quote giving amount, size and colour of bags and i will weigh them and give shipping costs. |

| A:You should receive a notification that your order has been dispatched, there are recommended delivery times for 1st and 2nd class if it is passed these times and your order has still not arrived please contact us through ask seller a question. Please allow for delays over busy periods such as christmas and bank holidays. |
