Thanks for taking the time to read this. To show my appreciation i'll keep it short and sweet.
Im a small local business just starting out. I sell mainly imported coffee, the ancilliaries and spare parts for coffee machines (instant and espresso mainly). More recently i have been interested in events such as weddings so you'll see a few seemingly random items crop up now and again but then who doesn't diversify nowadays!
If there something you are looking for and cant find you'll welcome to contact me, i dont bite. As several customers will advise you i try and go out of my way to help people, it's a priviledge to do what i do, it's my choice to be doing it so if your going to do something do it well i say.
As im sure your aware the idea is to get you to return time and time again (afterall it is a virtual shop) so i want to make the experience as pleasant as possible. I dont tolerate poor customer service and you shouldn't have to either. If something is not up to scratch or could be done better let me know.
