 Q: When will my item be dispatched?
  A: Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the very same day. Orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the following day.
 Q: Can I choose colour/style?
  A: If the listing states that the 'colour/style may vary from the photo shown' then unfortunately we are unable to offer a preference of colour/style. Some products are supplied to us in a mix of colours/styles and unfortunately to keep our business as automated as possible we have no choice but to sell these products in the same way.
 Q: My item is damaged?
  A: DO NOT return faulty or damaged items, simply email us with details/photos of the problem and we will be able to replace or refund your order. We are unable to reimburse any postage costs for unnecessarily returned faulty/damaged items.
 Q: My item has not arrived?
  A: Please refer to our delivery times for an expected delivery date. If the expected date has passed please check for 'Missed Delivery' slips from Royal Mail or couriers. Try checking your local Post Office and Sorting Office or the associated courier depot. If all of the above fails please contact us so we can resolve the issue for you immediately.
 Q: Which address has my item been sent to?
  A: All items are sent to the address you select at eBay checkout. If you are unsure which address your item has been sent to, please click on 'View Order Details' at the top of the listing page.
 Q: How do I return my item?
  A: You can return your item to us for any reason within 45 days of purchase for a full refund. All returns must be received in their original packaging, in a re-saleable, non-used condition.  Q: My item arrived too late?
  A: Although our items are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment, we have no control over the delivery speed once our items have been passed on to our normally very reliable couriers. We therefore fully understand if you wish to return a lately delivered item for a full refund. Please view our return instructions in order to return your item.
 Q: My item is not as described?
  A: If the item you have received is not as described in the listing, please contact us with details of exactly how the item differs to the item advertised in the listing. Once we have received this information we will be able to resolve the problem for you immediately.
 Q: I received the wrong item?
  A: If the item you have received is not what you purchased, please contact us with the exact details of the item you were expecting as well as the exact details of the incorrect item you have received. Once we have received this information we will be able to resolve the problem for you immediately.
 Q: Shipping upgrades?
  A: For UK buyers we offer a 24hr Express Delivery option at checkout. This is a tracked, insured and signed for delivery service by Yodel (formerly DHL). If you place your order by 1pm your item will be delivered the next working day. For international buyers, we only offer a standard delivery service and are unable to offer upgraded shipping.
 Q: Can you ship to an alternative address?
  A: We can only dispatch items to the address you select when completing eBay checkout. To have an item sent to an alternative address you will need to add the address to your eBay account prior to purchasing an item. Our dispatch system is completely automated and will only read the address you select in checkout.
 Q: Further information regarding the item?
  A: If you require further information regarding an item please email us. Alternatively you could try a Google search for the item in question as another website may have the additional information you are looking for.
 Q: How do I pay for my item?
  A: PayPal is our only accepted method of payment. If you do not already have a PayPal account, simply click on the 'Buy It Now' button at the top of the listing page and follow the eBay checkout instructions. You will then be able to enter your card details in order to pay via PayPal even if you do not already have a PayPal account.
 Q: Alternative or additional items?
  A: All our available stock is listed on eBay, so the available quantity shown is all we have in stock. We have tens of thousands of other products so please browse through our listings to check for alternative products. New stock is listed on a daily basis, so please be sure to check back soon if the item you are looking for isn't currently available.
 Q: Wholesale discounts?
  A: Unfortunately we are unable to offer any discounts or deals on any of our products. Our prices are amongst the lowest on the web offering fantastic value for money.
 Q: Can I collect my item?
  A: Sorry, but we are unable to offer a collection service. We are a mail order company and do not have a retail premises, hence our distribution centre does not have the facilities for collections or third party pick-ups.
 Q: How long is delivery?
