All items that are Recorded or Insured need to be signed for by the buyer or member of their household. I cannot take responsibility for lost items where standard 1st or 2nd class postage has been selected, I recommend Recorded Delivery so item can be traced and is fully insured

Customer service & return policy   Buyers are liable for Re-shipping costs of any returned goods, due to non-delivery / not collected.
