I work office hours (9-5pm) so if you email me after 5pm, i will respond asap the next working day. Sundays are my only day off.

I always ship within 24-48hrs. Please remember that sometimes Royal Mail may take a little longer than usual, when this happens this is out of my control. Orders placed on friday evenings after 2-3pm, will be despatched on Monday morning.

Please do not make Fradulent claims that the parcel is 'lost'. I always claim from Royal Mail (RM)and they do investigate every claim I make. When I place my claim, RM may contact you which is standard procedure with Internet Postal Claims. RM take it seriously when people make false claims and they consider it as a criminal offence. It pushes up the price for everyone. I am already offering postage discounts and my prices are already the lowest.

NEW SERVICE: To prevent Postal Fraud, i have signed up to a new advanced postal system where parcels are now scanned by buyers postcode. It is easier to locate where it was last scanned at and no need for a signature.

PLEASE NOTE: For any reason you do not receive your item, please EMAIL ME FIRST- i can help as i can easily trace it for you. I am here to help, but it helps if you let me know by letting me know. Its very upsetting when i am not given the chance to help.
