Orders within the United Kingdom are shipped via either Royal Mail or UK-Mail Courier.
Please Note: Orders sent using the courier service will have 2 delivery attempts within 5 business days. If these 2 attempts are unsuccessful, the item is returned to our warehouse and a redelivery/restocking fee will be applied. Therefore, please ensure that the delivery address you select has someone to receive and sign for the item.
Orders outside of the United Kingdom will be shipped using Royal Mail in conjunction with your local postal service or TNT and one of their partners dependent on your location and weight or value of item.
Shipping and handling fees includes all packing, warehouse and distribution costs.

All items come with Buy It Love It's 60-day warranty unless advertised otherwise. Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is not available. If the item is faulty, dead on arrival (DOA) then we commit to issuing you with a working replacement within the warranty period and must be reported within 5 days from delivered date. If in the event that a replacement is not available then we will we issue you with a full refund (including outgoing shipping cost).

For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 28 days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with your eBay item number & user name. Failure to include this information will cause a delay in the resolution of any returns.
Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.
Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means. Responsibility for the successful return of an item lies solely in the returnees hands.
Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.
Short-shipments, dead on arrival (DOA) and incorrect products must be reported within 5 days from delivered date.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
For items purchased in error the following applies: Items must be returned in the same condition as received within 7 days of receipt. A refund for the item only will be issued (postage costs will not be refunded). This is in line with the DSR - Distant Selling Regulation.
