Returns procedure

All products from Buy For Less Online are tested to be working, to the best of our ability. However we do appreciate that some items may prove to be faulty on arrival with the customer.

If you receive an item that is not working, whether it got damaged in the post or it is just plain faulty, then do not worry. Please send an e-mail to inform us of you problem, if we can not solve it over the e-mail then please return the item to us. Upon receiving the item we will test it and if it proves to be faulty then we will replace or refund the item (dependant on stock levels) and also if a receipt is included for you postage for returning the item, we will refund your postage.

We cannot refund or replace items that have been purchased in error, please ensure you have checked that your equipment will be compatible with any items you are purchasing, if you have any queries please email us BEFORE you bid.
