The following is my policy for all purchases. By purchasing my items, you are agreeing with the entire contents of this policy page.

Purchases:

• I accept PayPal only. Payment is due within three days of auction end.
• By pressing the “Place Bid” or “Buy Now” button, the buyer explicitly acknowledges that this action shall be treated as a legally binding ”Electronic Signature,” as this term is defined under federal law in the electronic signatures section of the Global and National Commerce Act 0f 2000.
• Buyer also acknowledges that he or she has read the terms and conditions of use or sale in this page and as contained in this page as hosted at Policies as well as eBay’s Rules for Buyers in their entirety, and has unconditionally accepted all terms included therein.
• I reserve the right to reject any bid without notice.

Shipping:

• I use USPS exclusively for all shipments, including worldwide shipments. I charge the exact shipping rate quoted from the USPS Web site; I do not overcharge.
• I don’t charge a handling fee.
• I offer three shipping options for domestic items: USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail and USPS Parcel Post. I will ship books, DVDs, CDs and other “Media Items” USPS Media Mail if requested.
• International buyers, please check the USPS shipping cost before buying - it can be pricey.
• I ship only to the verified PayPal account address.
• Tracking information will be provided via email when I ship your item using PayPal.
• I ship all items within 1 to 2 business days of date of payment.

Feedback:

• I am serious about customer service. I believe that any issue can be handled without the need for negative feedback. My feedback rating proves that I have been able to achieve this very high level of customer service. If you have any issue with my service, please contact me to correct the problem.
• I will always work with you on a remedy. If I have made a mistake with your purchase, please contact me before leaving thoughtless feedback.
• I do not leave feedback until the after the buyer does.
• I am not a big company but a small home-based eBayer, so please leave all 5 stars with your feedback and help me stay in business.

Returns:

• All items are sold “as is.” However, if you are not happy with your purchase, I will always work with you on a solution.
• If a return is warranted, return shipping is always the responsibility of the buyer. This can get pricey for overseas buyers, so please check shipping fees before you buy. This is the cost of purchasing a shipped item; if you are not prepared to pay this cost, do not purchase the item.

Legal Compliance:

• Buyer warrants that he or she has the legal authority to purchase this item, and that he or she will not use, sell or otherwise distribute this item in any manner in violation of applicable state and federal laws. Buyer also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Buy Best Brian for liability from any and all claims arising out of buyer’s use, sale or distribution of this item.
