Payment Methods - Butterfly Boutiques accepts Paypal, Cheques and Postal Orders.

Shipping - Items will be posted first class unless otherwise stated. I will combine postage on all multiple purchases, you will pay the higher of the postal costs for your items and an additional £1 per extra item.

Butterfly Boutiques will ship worldwide, please contact me for postage costs stating which item you are interested in purchasing.

Butterfly Boutiques cannot be responsible for items lost in the post, however a receipt will be obtained for all items posted and we will assist in anyway possible. It is recommended that Buyers take up the optional postal insurance available.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, refunds will be given within 7 days of receipt. Return postage will be at the buyers own cost.
