Quick Paypal payments enables quick postage and completion of transactions. During the business week I post within 24 hours of receiving cleared payments. Postage depends on size and value of item. The more valuable items will be sent either 1st class recorded or Special Delivery. Please contact me if you live in Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands or Islands to check postage costs. Purchases outside the U.K. requires payment by Paypal and Air Mail costs normally include either International Signed For or Airsure for valuable items.

I offer a refund or exchange in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase. Please contact me if there are any problems and I would appreciate the opportunity to rectify any issues before you leave feedback.   I believe there is always an amicable solution.  Returns are accepted up to 14 days after completion of a transaction.  Any additional postage costs are normally the responsibility of the Buyer unless we have discussed this and come to an alternative arrangement.
