General:
We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice from our accounts system (not an eBay Invoice). We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. If you have paid for the product we will refund immediately.

VAT:
Our Ebay prices include VAT. A full VAT invoice will be emailed to you.

Postage:
Postage Costs are as follows: Anywhere in England and Wales please see postage costs on item. Most postcodes in Scotland are delivered for the same rate however please check with us before buying. Northern Ireland and other destinations please e-mail to confirm postage costs.

Payment:
Payment and delivery procedure as follows: If paypal is used then goods will be despatched as soon as payment is made, for other forms of payment we will wait until funds have cleared before goods are shipped. Please make cheques payable to Business Reply Ltd thank you.

Delivery:
See individual products for delivery charge. Allow up to 5 working days (unless otherwise stated) from dispatch. Next day delivery is available on request and for an additional charge. Delivery is to one addresss in the UK mainland. For delivery to other addresses please contact us for a quotation. Delivery is to your site entrance and does not include positioning or unpacking. Any quoted delivery dates are approximate.

Delivery Acceptance:
It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure goods can be delivered successfully, i.e. door access, lifting etc and the available dimensions are correct. The customer is responsible for any aborted delivery charges. Goods are not sold on a trial basis. It is the customers responcibility to ensure that the specifications of the product are suitable before ordering. Warranty may be invalidated if the goods are not suitable for its applicatio. Ensure all damages and shortages are signed for by the courier (keep a copy) and reported to us at the point of delivery as claims are invalid after 24 hours. By signing the delivery note you agree that the goods have been received complete and in a satisfactory condition. Under no circumstances are we liable for consequential loss.

Returns:
Returns will only be accepted by prior contact with us. A 25% re-stocking charge will apply. All items must be returned at the customer’s expense and at your own risk. Items returned must be in a resalable condition and in the original packaging.

Warranty:
Parts Only Warranty. A charge will be made for call out and labour content.
Parts and Labour Warranty. Covers the attention and replacement of parts due to mechanical breakdown.
Incorrect operation, negligence, cleaning, programming, adjustments and issues affected by a third party are not covered. In such cases a charge will be made.
'Dead on Arrival' cases should be advised within 24 hours of delivery.
Each request for service will be assessed at the point of request whether to send out a service contractor or whether to replace the unit. In the case of replacement, a service exchange or b grade product may replace it, subject to the units age. We will attempt to attend or resolve service requests within seven days. Some items are sold with manufacturers warranty and are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer. Where items carry a return to base warranty, postage for warranty returns are payable by the customer. The customer is liable for correct packaging.

WEEE Directive July 2007:
The following products require a WEEE charge (plus VAT) to ensure they are treated or recycled at the end of their useful life. If you wish to look after the WEEE liability yourself then you do not need to send the following additional payments.

Please contact us for delivery pricing. Before we quote we check to see if there are any duties payable. If so we will inform you. It is possible that customs will open you parcel. If they decide there is any duty payable you (the client \ buyer) are resposible to cover the cost of this.
