How can I pay for the item?

At the moment all payments must be made through Paypal. This is the safest and most efficient payment method and will allow you to receive your item as quickly as possible.

What are the shipping costs?

If you live in the UK they are free, no matter how big the order.

I don't live in the UK, will you still ship to me?

Yes, we ship worldwide. If you can receive post then we can most likely ship to you. Due to the extra costs in shipping worldwide there is a small fee for international orders. These shipping costs can be found on each individual listing.

What delivery options are available

All UK orders are shipped free of charge via Royal Mail First Class post. These items are usually delivered within 1-2 working days after your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 4 working days(Monday-Friday) for dispatch. Most items will fit through your letterbox so you don't even need to be at home to receive them, larger items or multiple orders will require somebody to be home to receive the items.

You can upgrade to Royal Mail First Class Recorded Signed For™ delivery from just £1. The final postage price will be calculated at checkout and is dependent in the weight of your order. This service provides a trackable parcel and will need signing for upon delivery. In most cases you will receive your item the next working day, although please allow 2 working days for delivery.

All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail Airmail™ and should be delivered within 7 working days (Monday-Friday) from the dispatch date. For countries outside of the EU please allow up to 10 working days from dispatch for delivery.

Am I responsible for customs charges?

For all international orders the recipient must pay for any additional charges involved in customs clearance. We cannot foresee what customs or import duties may be imposed on when your order reaches your country.

My item hasn't turned up yet

If your order is taking longer than expected to arrive we ask that you allow 7 working days from the dispatch date before contacting us. This allows for any delays in the postal service.
For international orders please allow 14 working days. If your order has still not arrive you may then contact us here and we will resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.

Can you deliver to a BFPO address?

Yes we can.

What if I am not available to sign for an item?

If you're not home when your postman tries to deliver your order you will be left a card saying 'We're holding an item of mail for you'. This means that your package has been returned to your local delivery office and is available for you to collect or arrange for a re-delivery. The card will give you the address and opening hours of your local delivery office, usually you are advised to wait 24 hours before attempting to collect your item.

Only part of my order has arrived

If you have ordered multiple items then we may choose to ship your items separately so please allow an extra couple of days. The benefit of this is that separate items (excluding hoodies) will fit through your letterbox so there is no need for you to be home to receive the items. Sometimes the size or weight of your order may mean that it is more efficient to combine the order into one package. We will notify you of whether your items will be sent individually or combined in your order confirmation email. Sending items separately does not cost you anymore. If it is necessary that your items not be sent separately, and you want your items combining into one shipment, then please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

I think my item has been returned to you

Royal Mail may return orders to us because of an incorrect address, through failure to collect an item from your local delivery office or due to the package being refused by the recipient. In these cases it is the customer who will be responsible for paying any costs incurred to re-deliver the order. These costs will be dependent on the total weight of the order. We will contact you should an order be returned to us.

I think I have entered the wrong address!

If you have only just placed your order please contact us straight away so we can amend any errors with your postal address. In cases where your item has already been dispatched we are not obliged to send a replacement or refund. If your item is returned back to us then we will offer to re-ship your package, however you must pay the return postage costs yourself, we will contact you to arrange this in receipt of returned items. It is your responsibility to check your delivery address at the checkout. Please take extra care if the delivery address is different to the billing address.

Returns

Can I return an item?

Of course. We offer no hassle returns on all items provided they are returned to us within 30 days of the dispatch date. The return period is extended to 45 days for international orders. Please note: Any items that do not reach us within 30 days of the dispatch date will not be valid for refund or exchange. If you wish to return an item then please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of receiving your order. We aim to answer all returns requests as swiftly as possible. Delivery charges are non refundable unless the item purchased is faulty or incorrect.
All returns must be in an unworn and unwashed condition. We cannot accept items in a less than new condition. Please avoid marking any products with makeup, perfume, deodorant or antiperspirant as we may be unable to accept returns in these cases.
Please thoroughly inspect all items upon receipt as we will only accept items returned to us in their original condition so please notify us of faults or damage immediately. Please avoid using sharp objects to open your package as this may damage your item and we will be unable to accept return of the item.

What if my item is faulty?

If your item does arrive with a fault please contact us straight away and we will refund or exchange the item for you. All postage costs for the return of faulty items will be refunded up to the value of first class postage for the item. This is based on the initial postage cost. All returned items are your responsibility until they reach us so a recorded delivery method or simply getting proof of postage from the post office is advised.

What brand of garment do you use?

For men’s and women's T-shirts our preferred choice is Gildan Softstyle Ringspun T-shirts. In our opinion these offer the best quality in terms of comfort and style. Our hoodies are unisex and are manufactured by All We Do is (AWDis). In terms of style, colours and comfort we have yet to find a better hoody. Children's T-shirts are premium Fruit of the Loom. For 3XL sizes and up our preferred T-shirts are Gildan Ultra cotton. These are a heavier cotton than our regular T-shirts and provide excellent lasting quality. If our preferred brand or style of products are out of stock with our suppliers then we may choose to use a different style or manufacturer of garment. We will notify you as soon as we are aware of any stock issues. If you receive a substitute brand of product and find it isn’t to your liking then you are free to return the goods for a full refund.

What size of T-shirt will I need?

Size guides provided by the manufacturer can be found on each listing.

How is the T-shirt printed?

For the majority of our T-shirts we use a high quality vinyl to heat press the design on to the T-shirt. The vinyl will not crack or fade with washing. Some of the more detailed designs will be screen printed. This method involves creating a silk screen stencil and pushing ink through the then cured to allow the inks to dry onto the fabric. Screen printing provides are very high quality of print.

How should I wash my item?

Before we release any of our T-shirts into the public we thoroughly test them to make sure they will last. Whilst we would advise against you repeating this, by adhering to the following guidelines we are sure you will see no problems. We advise you wash and iron your t-shirt as follows: Machine wash warm. T-shirts at 30 degrees, Hoodies at 40 degrees. Wash garments with similar colours. Hoodies should be washed separately to dark colours. Do not wash with anything that may bleach the garment. Do not tumble dry your t-shirt. Do not dry clean your t-shirt. Iron your t-shirt at a medium temperature and do not iron directly over the design. You may iron over the back of the garment, so there are two layers of cotton between the iron and the design. Please refer to the garment label or back to this page if you are unsure of anything. We cannot be held responsible for any damage sustained to items due to this advice not being followed.

Can I collect my order from your warehouse or shop?

Unfortunately at this moment in time all orders must be purchased online or over the phone.
