We aim to provide the highest levels of quality and service. If we do make a mistake, please let us know and we will do all we can to put things right. You may return items within 14 days of receipt, all we ask is that it remains unused and in the condition in which it was sent. We do require that you pay the postage costs if you decide to return the item.
If you are returning an item because of a fault or damage, we will refund the cost of return postage for 2nd class postage only.
Please obtain proof of postage, as if your parcel goes missing, you will need to make a claim through the Post Office.
