However we have NO control over Royal Mail and any adverse weather conditions. We're unable to give a confirmed date as to when you will receive order, we can only estimate delivery times. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and we’er working hard to meet your expectations.
We would like to remind customer that we do have a return policy and you can return late or unwanted orders back to us for a refund. You will need to return within 14 days after receipt of your order. Our return address is on the invoice, also on every listing and our websites.
