All measurements and weights used within my descriptions are approximate but are as near as I can get them,
making allowances for odd shapes and minor discrepancies within the manufacturing process.
The images I have used are intended to give you the best likeness of the item I can and are of actual items.
I do not sell FAKE items. All items whether it be from the officially licensed range or a limited edition are genuine.
All buckles unless otherwise stated are designed to be used with belts with a snap fastening end.
Payment
We ask you to make payment within 7 days of winning any item.
This can be done via paypal or postal order. I will accept personal checks from U.K. bank accounts but this delays postage as I will await clearance of ALL cheques before dispatching.
If you do not make payment or contact me within 7 days I will re-list the item and be forced to leave negative feedback and I will also contact Ebay.
Postage
All items are sent via first class recorded delivery and so will require a signature on delivery. This covers all packages to the value of £30.00. Should you require a different service e.g. Special or Faster delivery please contact me and I will happily quote and organise this for you. All items are appropriately packed in suitable padded envelopes.
As you will see I offer postage discounts on every item after the first, when bought and paid for all the same time. If you buy several items where possible I will offer further discounts. If you are in any doubt ask me for a combined invoice before going to check out and I will see what I can do.
On occasion things do get delayed and lost in the post, hence the reason I only do recorded delivery but should the worst happen after the required 15 days have lapsed I will make a claim on your behalf. All you will need to do is sign a form sent to you by the royal mail saying you have not received the item. Once the claim has been settle I will either send you a replacement or refund you all monies involved, whichever you would prefer.
Refunds
I hope when you receive your item you are totally satisfied, but should you not be - please contact me and I will do all I can to rectify any issues you have. If returned unopened and in perfect unused condition I will refund you the cost of the item minus any postage costs. If the item is faulty on receipt of the returned item then I will of coarse exchange the item and reimburse any postage costs involved in returning the item to me. Please return any items via recorded delivery and keep receipt until I have contacted you confirming I have received the item.

Please leave feedback as this lets me know that you have received your item and are happy and I will then do the same for you.
Finally
Although I carry a large range of stock, if you can’t see something you want it is always worth contacting me and I will let you know if it is something that I can get in for you or if you have any questions at all, email me and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
