We ship the same day when confirmed payment is received by 2:00 pm CST and the next business when it is received after that time. We do not charge handling charges.

Books
We wrap all books in ink-free paper. The book(s) are then packed in a box designed specifically for books. This ensures maximum protection for your book(s). The ink-free paper prevents scuffing and crimping to the dust jacket. The book box prevents the book from shifting during shipment and ensures that the corners and spine are not bumped and bent during shipment. We do not ship in padded envelopes or bubble mailers. China & Collectibles
Ceramics, china and many collectibles are very fragile and professional packaging is the key to these items arriving safely. Buck Creek Books Packaging Pledge means we will professionally package your fragile items with premium packing materials and utmost care. We wrap the items with multiple layers of bubble-wrap, surround the item with soft and cushiony peanuts and then double box the items floating them in peanuts. We ship fast!
We ship every business day - including Saturday. We do not ship on holidays. Orders with confirmed payment received before 2:00 PM are shipped the same day. All other orders are shipped the next business day.
Tracking your package
You will receive a shipping eMail with a delivery confirmation number the day your order leaves our shop so you can easily track the status of your order. If you have any problem with this please contact us at info@buckcreekbooks and we will help you find your package. If your item is in a large box please check with your local post office as they sometimes will not leave packages at your door.
Shipping methods
We use USPS as our preferred carrier. At checkout you will have the option of having us ship by Media Mail (books & DVDs), Parcel Post, or Priority Mail. The USPS estimates delivery time for Media Mail and Parcel Post to be 3-14 working days; delivery time for Priority Mail is estimated to be 2-3 working days. Keep in mind these are only estimates and the delivery time may vary depending on your location - Alaska and Hawaii often take longer than estimated. If you need the item really fast contact us at info@buckcreekbooks.com prior to paying and we will gladly add Express Mail to your invoice. Express Mail is guaranteed by the USPS for next day delivery. International shipment is by USPS Priority Mail only - we do not offer Media Mail or Parcel Post for international shipments.
