| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:If you want to return an item, for any reason, please contact me to arrange this. The buyer is responsible for all additional postage costs. Strictly no returns on swimwear and underwear. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:yes, I always combine postage when multiple purchases are paid for at the same time. You will automatically qualify for a £0.50 discount, but please wait for me to send a combined invoice which I can normally discount further. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Item will usually be posted within 48 hours of payment clearing. Items are posted Monday - Friday. Items are posted 1st class or Standard Parcels. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Each item is priced individually dependant on weight. Postage is displayed in the auction page. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |
|
| A:All my items are available to be shipped internationally. Please note: Items that weigh over 2KG are very expensive to ship internationally. Please contact me before bidding for a quote. |
| Q:Can I collect an item to save on postage? |
|
| A:Yes, this is not a problem. Contact me when the auction ends to arrange a convenient time to collect. Payment for collected items is cash only. We are based about 2 miles outside Kettering, Northamptonshire. Items are to be collected within 7 days of auction end. |
| Q:What payment options do you accept? |

| A:UK buyers: I accept Paypal, Nochex, cheques and postal orders. No cash.
International buyers: Paypal only. |
