• Has my order shipped?I
  All orders normally ship within 24 hours. We will notify you if this is not the case. You will recieve a tracking number via e-mail.
  
  
• When will my order arrive?
  We strive to ship all orders that are recieved by 3:00 p.m. on the same day. UPS orders generally take 1 - 5 business days and U.S.P.S. generally takes 2 - 3 days.
  
  
• How do I return an item?
  Please contact us for a RMA number and review the following:
  
  1. All returns must be unused and in original packaging and must be in perfect condition for our next customer.
  2. No refunds will be issued on shipping.
  3. Please do not write or deface original packaging.
  4. Pack the product properly so it will not be damaged during shipping.
  5. Do not place shipping label on original packaging.
  6. All orders must have freight prepaid.
  7. It is your responsibility to insure the returning item for its full value to protect yourself from a lossed or damaged item.
  8. It is your resonsibility to get a tracking number on returned merchandise. We cannot give you a refund for merchandise that does not arrive at our warehouse.
  9. Sorry, no returns on close-outs or special orders.
  10. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
      
      
• How much is my shipping?
  We charge actual shipping based on weight, size, and zip code.
  We do not make money on shipping or handling.
  
  The best way to save money $$$$ is to order multiple parts for combined shipping.
  
  
• Do you charge sales tax?
  We abide by all government tax laws. All products shipped to the state of Arkansas will be charged sales tax. Any item shipped outside the state of Arkansas is not subject to Arkansas sales tax. If any sales tax is due on orders shipped to other states it is the responsibility of our customers to pay this.
  
  
• How do I pay for my purchases?
  We accept Paypal, Money Orders, Cashier Checks & Personal Checks. Personal checks must clear our bank before order will be shipped (up to 10 days).
