Should you find the need to cancel or return an item after purchase, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the item. Notification of the return can be made by email or telephone. You will receive confirmation of your notification within 24 hours after which you should arrange the return of the item. We would recommend the use of signed for postal service as we cannot be responsible for any lost items and you should retain proof of dispatch until we confirm receipt of your returned item.

We will refund you within 14 days of receipt (normally within 24 hours) using the same method you originally used for paying for the item.
