Return Policy

In certain circumstances we know you may need to return an item to us. We have a tried and tested returns system in place and have listed several different return scenarios below. Please find the one that applies to you and read the instructions carefully. Following this procedure will enable us to process your return as quickly as possible.

Items being returned from outside of the UK must be marked as "Returned Goods" so as not to incur customs charges. We are unable to accept items for which insufficient postage has been paid or for which there are customs charges.

Returning for a refund - Your right to cancel

The Consumer Contracts Regulations apply to buyers in the United Kingdom.

You must take reasonable care of the item(s) from the time you receive them until you return them to us. Items should be returned in original packaging complete with any documentation and accessories.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for items purchased from us for a refund of your order total. Your cancellation rights expire 14 days after receipt of the goods. Customers are required to return any cancelled orders at their own cost including insurance. Cancellation is only deemed served if sent via our on-line returns form: www.ukmemory.com/returns.

Incorrect item

If you have been sent the wrong item please report it to us via the returns form within 14 days. After you have received your RMA number and your returned item is received and processed at our warehouse we will dispatch a replacement. If the item is no longer in stock we will offer you an alternative item or refund. We will reimburse your return carriage costs providing that they are reasonable. We cap this at £4 for smaller items and £7.99 for bulky items. We can provide a list of competitive delivery companies if you need them.

Items damaged in transit

If your item has been damaged in transit you must report it to us via the returns form within 14 days. If your parcel is clearly damaged on arrival please tell the carrier that you would like to sign for the item as damaged as this will help us later when we make a claim with them. After you have received your RMA number and your returned item is received and processed at our warehouse we will dispatch a replacement. We will reimburse your return carriage costs providing that they are reasonable. We cap this at £4 for smaller items and £7.99 for bulky items. We can provide a list of competitive delivery companies if you need them. If the item is no longer in stock we will offer you an alternative item or refund. Items faulty or defective on arrival

If your item is faulty or has a defect on arrival you must report it to us via the returns form within 14 days. We will do our best to resolve the problem via e-mail. If you are advised that the item needs to be returned you will be sent an RMA number and details on how to return the item. Once your returned item is received and processed at our warehouse we will dispatch a replacement. Once we have confirmed the fault or defect we will reimburse your return carriage costs providing that they are reasonable. We cap this at £4 for smaller items and £7.99 for bulky items. We can provide a list of competitive delivery companies if you need them. If the item is no longer in stock we will offer you an alternative item or refund. Items faulty within the first 30 days

If any of your purchases develop a fault within the first 30 days you must report it to us via the returns form. We will do our best to resolve the problem via e-mail. If you are advised that the item needs to be returned you will be sent an RMA number and details on how to return the item. Once your returned item is received and processed at our warehouse we will dispatch a replacement. Once we have confirmed the fault or defect we will reimburse your return carriage costs providing that they are reasonable. We cap this at £4 for smaller items and £7.99 for bulky items. Items faulty after the first 30 days

If any of your purchases develop a fault after the first 30 days, and then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. Faults must be reported to us via the returns form and you will be sent an RMA number and details on how to return the item. You are responsible for the costs and safe return of any items.
