Returning of goods
To return a product you need to send us an email, either via eBay or directly to brokenboxstationery@hotmail.com. On this email we will need the following information: What the product is, what the problem is and the name which it was purchased under. If we agree to accept the items back for further inspection you will be provided with a reference number. You will then need to return the item(s) to us at your expense. You must package up the product securely with the reference number visible. Please note: You must put the product in another box. Do NOT just put tape and labels around the original product box.
Once we have received the returned product, we will send you an email to confirm this, along with the relevant procedure for that product i.e. on whether we are raising a credit or sending out a replacement. The replacement/repaired item will be sent back to you at our expense.
The procedures for faulty goods are different depending on the product, manufacturer, the age and whether they were purchased as new or refurbished. Any specific warranty is stated on the product at the time it was ordered.
Unwanted goods
Please note: A restocking fee of 25% of order value will be charged for any return.
A refund will be made within 3 working days of the receipt of the product. This will be made to the paypal account that you used to pay for the item or refunded via the same method of payment. The value of this refund will be for the returned product and the postage and packaging on the original invoice but minus the restocking fee.
We cannot be held responsible for any items that are not received by us and would recommend that you use a recorded service with the relevant compensation to cover the value of the product in the event of loss.
