Cut off time for orders being shipped out is 3.00pm Monday to Friday.
Collection from Southend, Essex is possible on all items listed.
Paypal is our preferred payment method as we want you to receive your order as quickly as possible. However, we will also accept payments via other methods: Cheque or Cash.
Cheque: You can post us a cheque, we will email you confirmation of receipt. Once the cheque has cleared we will despatch your order, this can take up to 10 days dependent on the bank.
Cash: If you are collecting you may pay by cash but the exact amount must be brought with you.
All of our orders, whether sent via Courier or Royal Mail, have insurance included in the postage costs if stated.
Once your order and payment have been received, you will be sent an email to confirm that your order has been shipped.
If your order totals more than £30 the carriage is FREE, unless the parcel weighs more than 15kg unless otherwise stated. (Any heavy items have this stated in the listing).
All shipping costs stated are for UK mainland only, for any shipment required to anywhere else you will need to request a confirmation of the shipping costs.
We will automatically ship to the address that is on the paypal payment, if you require the order to be shipped to a different address this request must be put in the message section of the paypal payment.
If the delivery of your order is attempted but fails, the goods will automatically be returned to us. If this occurs we will credit the paypal account that the payment came from with the cost of the product(s) but not the delivery charge.
