MY GUARANTEE
It is important to me that all my customers are happy with their purchases! I personally guarantee the quality of all items I sell. If for any reason an item is received in a condition less than expected or advertised, please contact me so that I can correct the problem.
T-Shirts: I've spent over a decade in the screenprinting industry and have a high standard of quality. All shirts are individually inspected before listing for imperfections in fabric, sizing, and print integrity. All prints are guaranteed to be cured and the image will never vary more than 1" off center.
Vinyl Stickers: All stickers are made right here in my home and are guaranteed. If an item does not make it to you in perfect condition due to USPS mishandling, please contact me and I will send out a replacement immediately. In the case of a problem with decal bonding, let me know and we will figure out what went wrong. Again, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost to the buyer. Tarot and dice bags: All bags are made right here in my home and are guaranteed quality to last for years of use even with repeat machine laundering.
PAYMENT POLICIES
Payment is expected in 7 days unless other arrangements have been made. I will combine shipping for items ending within a 5 day span. If for some reason you find that you cannot meet these terms (I understand that things happen and life throws curve balls), please contact me and communicate that! I am not opposed to mutually agreeing not to complete a transaction when it involves a buyer with an honorable history.
SHIPPING POLICIES
In most cases, I will happily combine shipping of multiple purchases to save my customers money. I do not charge handling fees unless it is to cover actual cost of envelopes or packing material. Please be aware that Ebay's automatic shipping calculator is not a perfect system and often overestimates. It is best if you request a total so that I can send an accurate invoice. Overpayment of shipping will either be refunded, or extra services such as insurance will be added to your package.
A special note to international buyers - I mail smaller decals in a letter size photo mailer which will be hand addressed and sent without customs forms. For all other items, you may be expected to pay customs fees when your items arrive to your country. Every country is different, but most charge fees around the $20-50 value mark. If you have concerns about this, I can split shipments to help you avoid this but I will not stretch truths of package content on a customs form.
RETURN POLICY
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, it may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Item must be returned in the same condition as received. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless there was an error in listing.
