Payment Policy:
* All winning bidder will automatically receive Winning Bid Notification by email.
* All payments must be received within 10 days after the auctions end. If for any reasons your payment will be late, please contact us via eBay message.
* Buyers please include your names, addresses, items purchased, ebay auction numbers along with your payments.
Shipping Policy: * Buyers agree to pay the listed packing and postage charge.
* Items will be shipped no later than the next working day after the clearance of your payment.
Return Policy: * Items come with 30-day warranty unless stated otherwise in listings. Within the warranty period, defective item can be sent back for replacement.
* Unused items can be sent back for refunds. Packing & postage charges will not be refunded. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuance of refunds.
* For used items, restocking fee (5% to 25% of listing or bidding prices) will be applied depending on the quality of the returned items.
* For return items, buyers agrees to pay for the return postage cost.
* Item must be retruned within 30 days after the item is received.
* All returns and replacements must be pre-approved, please contact us before you send back the items, otherwise you won't get the refund or replacement although you send back the items.
* Items should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via a traceable means.
* We are not responsible for any losses in the post while returning items.
* Damaged items and used items in unsalable condition will be refused and returned at buyer's cost.
