Offers To End Auctions Early
The British Heart Foundation Bbay Shop promises to not end auctions early or accept offers. It is BHF ebay policy to let all auctions run their course and be fair to all customers and supporters.
Collection in Person
The British Heart Foundation Bbay Shop is unable to offer collection in person on any items that are not specifically listed as 'Collect in Store' from a named High Street Shop. We sincerely apologise for any disappointment or inconvenience. For 'Collect in Person' listings collection should be done within 14 days of the auction ending.
Opening Up Auctions To International Buyers Or Blocked Buyers
The British Heart Foundation Bbay Shop is unable to open up auctions once they have begun to excluded buyers or countries. If international shipping is not allowed on an item, unfortunately we will not be able to ship that item worldwide.
Singapore and Countries With Laws About Purchasing From Charities
Please note that we are a charity and have the understanding that buyers from Singapore will have great difficulty in paying for items from us due to certain laws. Please be aware of this and consider how you will pay for your item (as we do not offer any other payment options than PayPal) before bidding on any of the items on our shop.
Payment Options Accepted
The British Heart Foundation Bbay Shop can only accept PayPal payments. We do not offer any other payment and do not offer cash on collection. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Payment Time Allowance
The British Heart Foundation Bbay Shop is happy to wait a total of 4 days for payment of any item. On the 5th day our unpaid item assistant will unfortunately automatically open an unpaid item case. Please either pay or inform us if you would like to cancel your transaction to avoid any case marks against your ebay account.
Cancellations of Bids or Auction Win
The British Heart Foundation Ebay Shop is happy to cancel bids or auctions as long as we are notified within 3 days. We do request that the cancellation request is accepted promptly so that we may reclaim our fees and get the item re-listed and re-sold as quickly as possible.
The British Heart Foundation Ebay Shop is unable to alter custom labels to help avoid tax or problems in other countries. We are unable to process any requests to label an item for less than it is worth or to list the package as containing goods that it is not (including as a 'gift').
The British Heart Foundation Ebay Shop is unable to accept responsibility for delays to delivery of items due to customs where it has not been caused directly from a wrong customs declaration on our end. Unfortunately the British Heart Foundation Ebay shop is also not liable for any problems encountered with customs during the returning of goods to us. Please know your the customs declarations needs of your country before returning an item to us as you are responsible for your item's safe return to us. Please note this means that we do not accept responsibility for any charges or extra charges and will not issue compensation due to custom related issues where it is not directly our fault (i.e. a problem caused directly by a customs form filled in at our premises). We apologise for any inconvenience or disappointment this may cause.
The British Heart Foundation Ebay Shop is only open Mondays to Fridays 9-5. Please note all questions and cases will only be responded to within these times.

Policy On Buyers
The British Heart Foundation Ebay Shop reserves the rights to block or end communication with any abusive buyers, any buyers who do not follow proper ebay or PayPal etiquette or any buyers which do not follow ebay or PayPal buying policies properly.
Please address any complaints you have to our customer service team via ebay message. Your feedback and satisfaction is very important to us but please do remember to contact us about lost parcels and other queries prior to leaving feedback, open cases or complaining. Complaints will be reviewed and responded to within 2 working days.
The British Heart Foundation Ebay Shop accepts returns within 14 days in accordance with ebay returns policy. For information about returns, please refer to our returns custom page.
The British Heart Foundation Ebay Shop is happy to offer combined shipping wherever possible. Please refer to our combined shipping custom page.
The British Heart Foundation Ebay Shop allows 2 working days for dispatch but items are usually shipped within 1-2 working days of confirmed payment. Delivery estimates are the postage time from confirmed dispatch.
Collect In Store Items - Collection, Payment and Delivery
All 'collect in store' items will be clearly advertised on the listing as collection or BHF delivery only. The store reserves the right to not offer delivery to any address and reserves the right to charge prices based on their individual self-employed van driver. BHF take responsibility for any damage done during transportation by BHF van but not by private collection. All items must be paid for via PayPal prior to collection / delivery and thus cash on collection is unfortunately not a payment option. Collection must be done within store opening hours unless prior approval from the store has been granted. Items should be picked up within 14 days and will not be held for longer than 21 days without approval from the store. Where items have not been collected and the store are uninformed, the item will be refunded and re-listed for sale to another potential buyer.
Collect In Store Items - Booking Your Own Courier
We strongly advise against booking your own courier but understand that sometimes there is no other way. This said, BHF ebay and the store reserves the right to allow or refuse the allowance to book your own courier for each individual item. Permission from the store should be obtained beforehand if you expect the item to be packaged for transportation. Please note that BHF ebay and the store are never liable for insufficiently packaged items as the shop staff are not trained to package up items to a high standard and do not have access to the correct packaging materials in the store as they are a high street retail outlet. The store or BHF ebay are unfortunately unable to book couriers on behalf of customers and do not take any responsibility for any loss, damage or other problems caused by privately booked courier services. Please note that in booking an independent courier you are accepting these terms and full responsibility for the delivery of the item. In the event of loss or damage to the item, you are to claim compensation from the courier only. Please note that in a majority of cases we will also not be liable for paying for a return courier service should you no longer want the item. We thus advise, where possible, to use our collection or BHF van services that we offer.
Collect In Store Items - Returns
We want our customers to be happy and thus returns are accepted on all 'collect in store' items within 28 days of auction end or within 14 days from collection (if collection has taken place after the initial 14 days from auction end). Unless the item is faulty or not as described, the customer is responsible for returning the item to the store and for messaging the BHF ebay team when drop off has been completed. Where a collection has been booked against our advice or without approval, the customer will also be liable for return postage organisation and costs.
