 Q: What type of warranty do you offer on your items.?

 Q: Do you dispatch or export items outside of the UK.
  A: No, items dispatched or exported outside the UK will invalidate the warranty and therefore we offer no returns policy or guarantee on these items.
 Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
  A: Once we have received confirmation by email from your nominated payment method we will enusre that your goods will be distributed within 48 hours via our nominated carrier company.
 Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
  A: Unless listings state otherwise postage is FREE of charge. Deliveries to Southern Ireland and Channel Islands will have extra costs. Please contact us before any purchase is made for a quotation.
 Q: Do you ship internationally?
  A: Unfortunately at this time, we do not ship internationally.
 Q: Is there anything Wrong with the Products for Sale?
  A: Unless otherwise stated, there is nothing wrong with the products. The products are on Ebay because they are not in our current brochure.
 Q: Do we distribute outside the UK.
  A: Sorry to say No we don't as the costing implications would be too high. Plus the warranty on any of our items sold or exported outside the UK will invalidate the warranty.
