In order to claim this warranty, you will need to RETAIN the Tax Invoice that you will receive with your item. Your item will then either be repaired or replaced depending on availability.

You will receive an email notification when your item has been dispatched and postage times will then vary depending on your geographical location, time of year and other external factors. |

 | A: For Australian addresses, please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be delivered after receiving your postage confirmation email.
If you have not received your purchase then, please check with your local post office as parcels are left for collection if no one is available to sign at time of delivery. |

 | A: This depends on the condition of the items that we are selling. Factory Second items only come with our 12 month warranty and do not come with any additional warranties that apply to the new products.
However, our items in BRAND NEW condition come with the standard factory warranty as stated on the Breville, Kambrook or Philips website. |

 | A: Unfortunately we do not know the exact reason for which the item has become a factory second.
As stated in the listings, we only know that items are factory seconds for any of the following reasons:
- Ex-demonstration unit
- Minor cosmetic damage
- Minor repair undertaken
- Returned product with no fault found
- No packaging/damaged |
