DELAY IN ADVISING US OF THE NON DELIVERY CAN MEAN THAT ANY INSURANCE CLAIM MAY NOT BE MET.

* This offer does not apply to Northern Ireland/remote Scotland,Isles of Man or Wight, or other over water destinations where the charge is up to a maximum £10 (For one or multiple items) or Southern Ireland (Via Dublin) where the charge is between £18/£30 depending on the weight/destination.

Because Ebays software does not currently enable this to happen automatically we will refund any excess carriage above the £7.50 Max. charged on your order within 24 hours.
NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERIES
This is our standard service and although our carriers FedEx / ANC achieve a very high percentage (over 99%) of on time deliveries the service is not guaranteed and no refund can be made in the event of you not receiving your goods as scheduled.
We will at our discretion sometimes use other reputable carriers such as TNT or similar.
Smaller items will be sent by Royal Mail and may take longer to arrive.

ROYAL MAIL DISPATCHES
Sometimes because of privacy or security issues customers ask us to dispatch via Royal Mail and they can then collect at their local Post Office.
We are quite happy to do this but customers requiring this service should bear in mind that their order will take longer (3 to 4 days is the norm) its more expensive and any claim for a lost parcel can take longer to resolve.
This does not generally apply to courier deliveries.
DISPATCH TIMES
Subject to stock availibility all orders received before 2.00 pm on any week day will be dispatched that same day for next working day delivery.
Orders received after that time may still get away the same day but this cannot be guaranteed.
RECEIVING YOUR DELIVERY
Virtually all carriers will require a signature for the delivered items so please ensure that someone is available and authorised to sign acceptance of the delivery.
It is sometimes in inconvenient for your goods to be sent to your home address when a signature is required and no one will be at home.
We can redirect to a place of work or a neighbour provided you know the full address and relevant postcode.
We can organise 'Leave Safe' deliveries without a signature required but these are strictly at your own risk should the goods go missing.
One of the main problems with LATE deliverys is incomplete or incorrect details such as postcodes ect so it is also useful to include a telephone number (with your Paypal Payment) to assist the delivery driver if possible.
We will not pass that telephone number to any other individual or organisation.
CARRIAGE CHARGES (THIS ALSO INCLUDES PACKING CHARGES)
Our MAXIMUM standard carriage/packing charge on multiple orders will be just £7.50.*
Should you wish to order further items of any size or quantity at the same time we will pay the extra carriage and your overall charge will not exceed £7.50.*

CARRIAGE & PACKING CHARGES
Our carrier does not provide a 'Next Day' service at a viable price to some areas of the UK so we have to use Royal Mail for the areas listed below.
This is a somewhat slower and more expensive option but we keep the carriage/packing charges to the a maximum of £10 (often subsidised by ourselves)
You can order as many items as you wish and the carriage charge remains the same.
This does not apply to small items which will have their own P&P charges based on letter post.
They can of course be included ( post free ) in an order for larger items without raising the post and packing charges of the larger item.
For parcels from 3 kilos upwards the surcharges apply to all the postcodes listed below
