Deliveries are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class standard. We aim to post the goods the same or the next working day after the payment has been received.

• All items are sent with a proof of posting.
• You can request to have goods sent by recorded delivery so a claim can be made in the event of the item being lost.
• Once posted goods are in the hands Of Royal Mail. We are not liable for late deliveries or any other claim.
• We aim to despatch quickly. Items are usually despatched within 24-48 hours (except weekends).
• Goods are sent in the cheapest way, normally second class unless you select otherwise.
• If your item is returned to me as undelivered by post the post office then the postage will need to be repaid before the item is sent again.
