I've ordered the wrong item/I don’t want the item anymore
If you've ordered the wrong item it can be returned for a full refund. The item must be packaged in its original packaging and it must arrive back in saleable condition. Please be aware that return carriage is the responsibility of the buyer. If you do not have an account with a courier then www.parcel2go.com are a good option. Alternatively we can arrange a collection and the cost will be deducted from the refund amount. If this option is better for you please get in touch for a quote.
My item has arrived damaged/faulty
If your item arrives damaged you must notify us within 3 working days (faulty - 7 working days) and we will require a photo of the damage/fault sending to email@example.com Please only send one photo per email due to the size. On receipt of the photo(s) we will arrange a repair/replacement, a partial refund or a full refund depending on the individual scenario. If your item is noticeably damaged on delivery please sign for the item as damaged or refuse delivery and get in touch to let us know.
