Delivery

Orders received before 1pm will be processed on the same working day and orders received after 1pm will be processed on the next available working day. Working days for Viro are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

As soon as your item is despatched your eBay account will be updated with tracking details where applicable.

Delivery services and times will vary depending on the product…all larger products will be delivered using a selection of couriers and small ‘accessory’ type products will be delivered using Royal Mail. You can find out exactly how your item will be delivered by clicking the 'Postage and Payments' tab on the products listing.

Bulk orders, where it is sensible to do so will be delivered using a 2/3 or 4/5 working day pallet service and we'll keep you updated every step of the way.

Standard deliveries will take place on working days only. Time specific/weekend deliveries are available at an extra cost but please get it touch for details.

Please make your best effort to be at the delivery address on the day of the delivery. The majority of our items are delivered using standard couriers so if delivery on the first attempt fails it will generally be repeated on the following working day. If this delivery also fails the item may be held at your local depot or at your local Post Office for collection, a note will be left to advise exactly where. If the item is not collected or a re-delivery arranged within a specified time the item will be returned to our warehouse. We can arrange redelivery of the item at this point but there will be a charge.

* Please check the product listing carefully but unfortunately we can't deliver to all of the UK free of charge and these areas include; The Scottish Highlands, Orkney and Shetland Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and any other offshore islands. If you do need delivery to one of these areas please get in touch and we'll work out the best option for you. The Scottish Highlands includes the following post codes; PA, PH, AB, IV and KW. AB10, 11, 12, 15, 16, 24 & 25, PH1 – 11 and PA1 – 19 are all included in the free mainland UK service.
